Missional Worship Leader

Description of Organization: Redeemer Parkersburg is a young Anglican church in Parkersburg, WV in the Anglican Diocese of Christ Our Hope of the Anglican Church of North America. Redeemer was planted to reach the people of the Mid-Ohio Valley region of West Virginia as an offering of an historically rooted, reformed church. We are a redeemed community living out the gospel where life and culture meet.

Redeemer Parkersburg is seeking a mission minded worship leader to team up with our church in Parkersburg, WV to help us grow to the next level.

If you are musically gifted and can lead with a keyboard or guitar and are interested in investing yourself to help others grow in their relationship with Christ, please read the following characteristics we desire. If you have interest in more information please email us.

Characteristics we desire:

• Have a heart for Christ and leading others to Him.

• Personally worship from your overflow.

• Pastorally lead congregational singing.

• Recruit team members and encourage their gifts.

• Work with pastor and staff to plan and prepare.

• Lead Sunday worship and worship for occasional special services.

• Share life with those in our faith community.

• Knowledge and interest in teaching hymns and contemporary songs

• Preach occasionally.

• Enter discipling relationship with pastor.

• Practice hospitality.

• Desire to grow theologically
