Jim sallie // Pastor

Growing up in Lubeck, Jim met his eventual wife, Becci, at Wood County 4-H Camp. As they married in 1987 the couple moved to the New River Valley region of Virginia. Jim spent 17+ years in the Lube Center business. Jim’s growth in Christ was developed serving the local church, the Walk to Emmaus and Alpha.

While serving The River in Blacksburg, VA as Associate Pastor, Jim attended Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC earning a Master of Divinity. He was ordained as a Presbyter in PEAR USA which became Diocese of Christ Our Hope in November 2012. Jim and Becci moved to Parkersburg in 2013 to begin the work of Redeemer.

Jim and Becci feel at home again in Parkersburg. They enjoy spending time with friends and family and visiting their adult children whenever possible.
